Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 55rr6 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing access to and use of the 55rr6 website, mobile platform, games, sports betting services and all related features (collectively, "the Platform"). By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit or placing a wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. 2. Account Registration and Security

Each eligible player may register only one account on the Platform. The existence of multiple accounts held by the same individual is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances and pending bonuses without notice. The following obligations apply to all registered accounts.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password or one-time SMS codes with any third party.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration. Any material inaccuracy, including a false date of birth, constitutes a breach of these Terms.

• You must not allow any other person to use your account, including family members. All activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility.
• 55rr6 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account that it reasonably suspects is being used in breach of these Terms, pending or following an investigation.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

55rr6 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via a range of mobile financial services widely used in Bangladesh. All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to the following conditions.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay are credited to your wallet instantly upon confirmation on the relevant mobile banking application.
• Withdrawals are processed to the mobile wallet registered on your account. The name on the mobile wallet account must match the name on your 55rr6 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• 55rr6 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed to accounts that have not completed the required verification steps.
• 55rr6 may impose transaction limits on individual accounts based on verification status, account history or risk assessment criteria. Players will be informed of applicable limits through their account dashboard.
• 55rr6 is not responsible for any delays, fees or errors caused by the Player's mobile banking provider. Disputed transactions must be reported to support within 7 days of the transaction date.

Funds deposited on the Platform are held for gaming purposes only and do not accrue interest. Players may not use the 55rr6 wallet as a general-purpose financial account for storing funds unrelated to gameplay.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

55rr6 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, reload offers and other incentives to eligible registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms published at the time of each offer.

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts in accordance with the terms published for each specific offer. 55rr6 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without notice.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated on each offer's terms page. Wagering must be completed within the stated validity period.
• One welcome bonus per household, device or IP address. Attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses through the creation of additional accounts constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• 55rr6 reserves the right to void bonus winnings or withhold withdrawal of winnings derived from bonus funds where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion or fraudulent wagering patterns.
• Promotions linked to specific sports events (such as BPL or IPL cricket matches) are valid only for wagers placed on those designated events within the stated promotional period.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 55rr6 Platform. Any player found to be engaged in any prohibited activity may have their account immediately suspended or permanently closed and any associated funds forfeited.

• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity, including cycling funds through the wallet without genuine gambling intent.
• Colluding with other players, using automated betting tools, bots or scripts to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Exploiting any technical glitch, software error or pricing error on the Platform. Any winnings derived from exploitation of an error are void and will not be paid out.
• Registering or operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, with the intention of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Engaging in any abusive, threatening, discriminatory or inappropriate behaviour towards 55rr6 staff or other users of the Platform, whether through the support chat, email or any other channel.

6. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and can only be increased after a cooling-off period of 7 days.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 55rr6, its directors, employees, partners and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or system failure, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or any other legal theory, even if 55rr6 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

55rr6 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. In jurisdictions where limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages are not permitted, 55rr6's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Amendments to These Terms

55rr6 reserves the right to revise, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, we will use reasonable efforts to notify affected players no less than 7 days before the change takes effect, using the contact details held on the player's account. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request withdrawal of your available balance by contacting support before the effective date.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
